Subsea Valve Pack for FPSO Accumulator Systems

Overview 

Innova was selected to develop a permanent subsea valve pack for FPSO applications, designed to maintain accumulator pressure over long periods without intervention. 

Challenge 

The main challenge was achieving near leak-free performance to prevent gradual pressure loss over time. The system also needed to withstand harsh subsea conditions and operate reliably in critical FPSO modules where maintenance is complex and costly. 

Solution 

Innova developed a robust, long-life solution tailored for subsea deployment, featuring: 

• A permanently installed valve pack for Riser Foot and Offloading Modules 

• High-integrity design to ensure stable pressure retention over time 

• Corrosion-resistant materials, including super duplex stainless steel 

The system was engineered to perform reliably under high pressure and continuous exposure to aggressive marine environments.
